Tutors fall into two main categories:
Orientation Tutors
The orientation tutors are students or former students of the School of Engineering who support prospective and current students by providing clarification on degree programme offerings, examinations, study plans, and School organisation.

Subject Tutors
The subject tutors are students or former students who, under the supervision of faculty members, offer support in subjects common to multiple degree programmes through tutorials and supplementary or remedial teaching activities.
Subject Tutors do not provide individual tutorials but group or classroom sessions arranged through the lecturers of the relevant courses.
