Evaluation request

To complete the Google form, click on the relevant link in the table below.

Once submitted, you will receive a summary email at the email address used to access the form.

You must save the summary email as a PDF, which you will need to upload as a mandatory attachment when submitting the online application for clearance (nulla osta).

It is not necessary to print, scan, or sign the summary email; saving it as a PDF is sufficient.

To access and complete the form, it is strongly recommended to use your institutional account (e.g., @edu.unifi.it), if available.

Please note: you may apply for more than one master’s degree program.

To access the online student services, you must be registered in the Student Career Management System (GCS).

If you come from a degree program at the University of Florence, you are already registered and can log in directly.

Otherwise, you must complete the registration for the University’s online services.

Once registration is complete, or if you are already registered, log in to the Student Career Management System (GCS).

From the menu accessible by clicking the three lines in the top right corner:

select Segreteria, then Nulla-Osta Laurea Magistrale and, when prompted, upload the PDF of the summary email from the previously completed Google form, along with the other documents required by the master’s degree program:

- self-certification of your bachelor’s degree, including all exams taken.
If you have not yet graduated, provide a self-certification of enrollment in the bachelor’s program including all exams taken.
Self-certifications can usually be downloaded from the university’s online services.

- certification of English language proficiency at the level required by the master’s degree program (only if obtained outside the bachelor’s degree program).

Within 30 days of your request, you will receive an email at the address indicated in the form with the result of the CLEARANCE (NULLA OSTA).

• In case of a SUITABLE result, you may proceed with enrollment by logging in again to the Student Career Management System (GCS) and selecting Segreteria and then Enrollment from the top-right menu.
• In case of a NOT SUITABLE result, you may fulfill the requirements by attending and passing single courses, and then submit a new evaluation application to obtain the clearance required for enrollment.

You may submit your application no later than the enrollment deadlines indicated in the deadline calendar of the Study Manifesto.

WARNING! It is recommended to submit the evaluation request at least 30 days before the enrollment deadline; otherwise, timely processing of the result for enrollment cannot be guaranteed.
