International Teaching Staff Mobility
Teaching Staff Mobility Erasmus+
Mobility must take place at foreign institutions with which a bilateral Erasmus+ agreement is in place. The list of agreements is available at the following link:
https://ammissioni.unifi.it/ENTER/ by selecting “Destinations” from the menu on the left of the page and then “Erasmus+ Outgoing Students” in the second box on the right.
The total duration of the mobility period may not exceed 2 months and must include a minimum of 2 consecutive days of activities; furthermore, a minimum of 8 hours of teaching activities per week (or for any shorter period) must be completed.

Information about filling the documents
All Erasmus documents must be completed, signed, and submitted in person or emailed to the International Relations Office of the School of Engineering - international@ingegneria.unifi.it
For faculty members of the School of Engineering, authorization to undertake the mission must be submitted via the Intime application, while for "Docenti a contratto", authorization must be requested using the form provided by the administrative office of the relevant Department.
Reimbursement for the mission must be submitted to the School’s International Relations Office, which will forward it (after verification) to the Department of Information Engineering (the department to which the School of Engineering belongs) for payment.
Documentation
Before departure
You must prepare the following:
- Request for Authorization to undertake the assignment;
- Completed and signed Financial Agreement to be sent to the International Relations Office;
- Teaching Mobility Agreement signed by all parties;
- Certificate of attendance to be issued by the host university at the end of the mobility period, on letterhead, with an official stamp and signature.

During the mission
At the end of the assignment, the host institution must sign the attendance certificate on department letterhead, bearing the institution’s stamp and the contact person’s signature. The certificate must clearly indicate the start and end dates of the assignment, the dates of the classes, and the number of teaching hours (minimum 8 per week).
After the mission
You must complete the following:
- Submit the Certificate of Teaching to the International Relations Office;
- Submit a request for reimbursement of expenses via the online application;
- Complete the Individual Report: the instructor will receive an email with a link to the electronic form within 30 days of the end of the mission.
